Julie Erdmann is an experienced educator and school leader with more than 20 years in elementary education and literacy. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching in Language and Literacy Development, along with an educational leadership degree and principal supervisory certificate. Julie has served as a classroom teacher, elementary principal, Director of Elementary Education, and Director of K-5 Language Arts & Literacy. In these roles she supported schools and teachers in implementing evidence-based reading practices and driving school improvement.

She is especially passionate about teaching children to read and helping them build confidence as learners.

Julie currently lives in Alaska with her husband and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with family.
