Renee Rapoport, M.Ed 

Head of Curriculum and Programs

Renee Rapoport has been teaching for 27 years. She is a graduate of Syracuse University in New York with a major in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education.  

Renee continued her education to earn a Master’s degree in Literacy and a second Master’s degree in School Leadership.  

Mrs. Rapoport is certified to teach elementary education, special education, and reading, and has her principal certificate. 

She currently lives in Pennsylvania where she has been an elementary school teacher for 20 years - 7 Years as a learning support teacher and 13 years as a reading specialist. 

Renee has deep experience teaching reading and writing to students in kindergarten through 6th grade. She has been with Literacy Tree almost from the start, and has developed and taught several of our core programs.
